I loaded $500 on the card for the first time when I went to activate it they asked how much I loaded on to it I told them $500 they said that's incorrect and because you don't know the amount that was loaded we can't help you with anything and that I need to email customer service. So I did so far I've called 5 times and every time I get the same thing we can't help you because you don't know the initial load amount I've sent several emails with pictures of my receipt and the card and I get a auto response saying someone will get back to me in 2 business days and no one does. I'm so frustrated they took my $500 and no one will even acknowledge me it's ridiculous and should be criminal. I only gave 1 star cause you can't give none. I'm contacting the news if they don't get back to me in 3 days
