We ordered matching rings for Valentines Day. One ring arrived with no stone in the setting. We tried to contact the company to get a ring with a stone but got nowhere. We got one email saying we could return the ring at our expense and after they examine the ring, and if it is in resalable condition, they would make a refund of an unspecified amount at their discretion. The ring was never in salable condition as it arrived without a stone. I responded that their offer was unacceptable and was completely ignored from that point on. DON'T GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS SCAM MERCHANT! They will not stand behind their product.
