The smoker grill was never assembled by Bryce because it is yet to arrive. Today is February 14 and I'm still waiting for its arrival. I am very displeased because I never setup the date and time for the Handy Technician to arrive. I believe I am due a refund or a Technician to return and complete the task I paid in advance whenever the Smoker Grill arrives. Would it not be a better practice for you or your company to check with the client or homeowner to verify the product to be assembled has arrived before you take it on your own to send out a Technician. If this is not resolved I definitely will be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but I wanted to at least give Handy a chance to rectify this poor service.
