I returned a product for a refund- Order: #*******, Item: SG-HC460w, Total: $135.00. UPS proof of receipt shows they received it a week ago 7/7/2021. I've sent several E-mail messages and voice messages to confirm that 1) a refund (or exchange) is in the works, and 2) they know I know they received it. No reply as of today 7/14/2021.
