I returned a product for a refund- Order: #*******, Item: SG-HC460w, Total: $135.00. UPS proof of receipt shows they received it a week ago 7/7/2021. I've sent several E-mail messages and voice messages to confirm that 1) a refund (or exchange) is in the works, and 2) they know I know they received it. No reply as of today 7/14/2021.
Tip for consumers:
Shop somewhere else, and check the BBB reviews first. It seems others have also been ripped off with returns with this company.
Products used:
First item was shipped promptly, and worked fine. This last product was lacking in field of view and resolution, so I returned it the next day in same condition it arrived. No refund or confirmation that they received it, even though I have proof from UPS that they received it. Left several voice mail messages and E-mail messages with no reply.
