I buy shoes from our local boutiques. One of my favorites is Ferragamo. However as in most fashion, if you snooze, you lose. I was invited to a trunk show and didn't see a specific pair that I later loved... however gone. So when searching I found that they had exactly the style, size that I missed out on.

Not only did they come in the original box, with shoe bags, but with authenticity card, extra laces. Exactly as it would be if I purchased in boutique. In fact, the box was in much better shape than some that I get pre order.

Shoes were perfect, leather had no creases (you can tell if they were tried on) and in perfect condition. And, they were 50% less than if I had bough them in the store.

I am going to write to them and express my thanks.
