I have been given a song and a dance for the last week.The package has never shipped I emailed them once I saw there the package was not in the system. Soon after that a shipping label was printed which was done in house and that was as far as that went. I been told that there is problem but with USPS just wait the package is coming. How is this possible if the post office doesn't have the package? At this point I feel I have been scamed.

Dear customer, it is often that the USPS pick up worker may not scan all of the packages in. Often this happens and the customer still receives their package within 3-5 business days. In your case the package may have been lost. We explained that USPS requires 10 business days before a claim can be opened for a lost package because within those 10 days, you may still receive it. We asked you to wait until Friday and if you don't receive the package, we will refund your money and open the claim with USPS. Your leaving a review based on the rules and guidelines of every website based company. We are sorry that you are the one who's package may have been lost but USPS has their 10 day rules before opening a dispute. Otherwise, we would have reshipped your package or refunded you right away. We are just following standard procedures with USPS. Thank you.
