The website itself is minimalistic design but also minimalistic features with flaws. The order didn't let me choose samples as promised, and I had to contact customer support 3x as they kept disconnecting. You won't receive any type of confirmation or shipment information via email like many sites. Shipping is now behind the 5-10 days they promise. Not sure how this site can be SO awful but it is. I'll order through Sephora again next time.
Tip for consumers:
Order from a third party company like Sephora or ulta. Easier and reliable unlike smashbox site.
