This is my 1st review ever!
I am so frustrated with this company.
The worst customer service ever!
1. I called to check for an update cause I couldn't track my order something so simple. They asked me to download an app.
2. Called and was on hold for 10 mins that turned into 20 mins phone call with more frustration.
3. They couldn't update my delivery address.
4. No due date for delivery so delivery could arrive after Ice given birth. What need do I have for maternity clothes then.
5. I CAN NOT cancel my order!
6. No supervisor available to speak and solve this simple issue. Any one of them.
The worst experience I've ever had!
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! It's a trap! No way out. Not able to update order info for shipping. Not able to get delivery estimate date. Not able to cancel order even though it isn't shipped yet. I don't need these clothes in few months. What sense do they have for any of their senseless policy.
