We had money taken from our bank account by the car rental company because Economy Car Rental didn't inform us about the significant extra cost and are now not responding to our request to provide the paperwork to justify the extra cost taken from our bank account without even informing us. We initially paid the full amount when picking up the car and then a month later almost 1000NZD was taken from our bank account. We have been trying to sort it out for more than two months and so far they keep delaying without providing any justifiable reason and not responding directly to the claim.
