This is my 1st order with APMEX and was a bit skeptical + concerned at first so I paid via Paypal in case something went wrong. It took 8 days from the time I placed an order to receiving it. It was packed safely HOWEVER< please note that they ship via USPS First Class Mail so buy cautiously, unless you pay more for shipping service (but I can't review on other shipping option). I read similar reviews about 1st class mail so I made sure that I picked up the package right after USPS delivery person dropped it off in my mailbox. Their price is slightly higher than other competitors so shop around and compare.

To avoid any issue with my purchase, I bought silver coins with them via ebay store (they sell bullions on ebay as well).
I ordered on Feb 8,2021, shipped on Feb 11th and received on 2/13. Did silver coins test. And they seemed legit/real to me. Unfortunately, it was shipped via USPS First Class in a thick enveolpe with bubble wrap. I was hoping they would use Priority Mail service and better packaging. So shop cautiously!

I am reviewing for BiteSquad in Seattle area, WA.
The service seemed reliable, the driver arrived on time and no messed up order. The delivery fee was somewhat okay $5.99 considering the restaurant is 20minutes distance.
However, they make you pay the tips to the driver and their online team in advance upon paying for your order. It may be okay but it is NOT okay when they add up tax with the tips amount you pay!
I would prefer to give tips to the driver in person, rather paying in advance and added tax with it! That is not right and unethical.

This is my second order with Hollar.com. I was skeptical at first.
Package arrived a bit later than the first order but I was not in a rush so no big deal.
The first order arrived 8 days after order was made.
All items came in NEW conditions. I bought wall clock for $5 and accidentally dropped it on the floor (carpeted) and it cracked. I guess you get what you pay!
Overall, I am happy with my experience with Hollar. You save money when you buy office supplies with them.

I'd give 5 star if items arrived within 5 days.

This is my 4th purchase with Kmart.com. I signed up for shopyourwayreward free trial where you are entitled for 2-day free shipping. The 2nd purchase was delivered via 2-day shipping, then 3rd order changed to normal shipping and the 4th order is $5.99.

I had to call them before making the 3rd order and I Had a BAD time dealing with the customer service agents. I was being transferred 3x and finally managed to talk to the manager and she helped me to resolve the issue. I received the item (jewelery) but to my surprise, the quality was poor. I will call them for return!

Pros: Reasonable price (a bit more than Walmart's price range but cheaper than other store companies)
* quick processing your order
* Easy to call the customer service

Cons:
* their shopyour way reward is so messed up (can you imagine that their managed told me that no department is handling shopyourway online system)
* Customer service agents are Fake friendly and some of them are rude. They act like they know something but they have no idea what they are saying or asking.
Ex: I requested for return label and the agent asked me if I would like to make a purchase over the phone. WTH?!
*some clothes are very good quality and some don't. DO NOT BUY jeweleries from kmart or sears!

Overall;
Would I purchase again? YES--only during my free trial (free shipping). Once it is over, I will NEVER shop at kmart.com and their associates (Sears, sears outlet, craftman etc)
Would I recommend to someone? NO, unless you don't mind to go through some difficulties dealing with the customer service
SUGGESTION: JcPenney is pretty good with the shipping, customer service and quality.
