I had a terrible black Friday experience and will no longer be a customer of PacSun, much to the distress of my daughter. She loves the clothes and the store. I made an order and followed the instructions for the BOGO deal. I had both items in my cart, one qualifying as the free item. After I paid, the free item was suddenly gone from my order. I immediately contacted customer service to try to fix the problem. Initial response was a cookie cutter statement. I responded and after multiple conversations back and forth I was informed it was my fault that the free item disappeared from my order and I could buy it if I wanted. I responded that i had no desire to ever shop with PacSun again if this is how they treat their customers. No response to that.
