I was denied a $1600 claim as AFC says repairman said issue was a Mfgr default, yet repairman has told me 2 times he said it was a malfunction, NOT A MFGR DEFAULT. AFC CEO, President, Customer Svc Mgr, and Svc Rep have all refused to respond to my request to provide a copy communication with the repairman to confirm their assertion. Without providing such documentation they could deny a claim by anyone without having to provide any support.
