This company's software is pretty much crap. They seem to be recovering your files, when done they make you pay to recover them. After paying and recovering, none of my raw files (a type of image file) could be read, however they were converted to half $#*!. Jpg files by the software. How can you be that clever and that dumb at the same time. I email for assistance and they returned an email answering a completely different question - they answered a question that assumed I was out of disk space. Piece of crap - big time. I ended up recovering my files successfully with recuva.com - worked perfectly and was free.
