Very bad behaviour done by a CCE (Mr. Teerath). I am using a oneplus nord and I changed my display by this company, on the very next day the display not working and I complained again than they repaired it again suddenly the very next day the display stopped working again and when I complaning them they told that now it's not under warranty.
The most terrific part is a Customer care executive (Mr. Teerath) when I asked him to transfer the call to a senior person or a manager he replied me that he is the senior most person in the company, he is the manager and he is only the owner of the company. The way he was talking was not good even if I asked him to listen he replied that you come to my office I will talk you face to face.
Who gave the power to a CCE to behave like that to a customer.
I don't know why they hire this type of CCE in their company.
Firstly, they are not listening to the customer and even showing the rude behaviour.
So I request to company to take some action against him.
