I will never touch this site again.

I ordered an item and luckily paid through PayPal and a credit card. A week passed and despite their website saying you will get the tracking info nothing arrived. So I called them... their number is not in service. I emailed them not once or twice but 5 times over a few weeks and still got nothing. The only communication they responded to was Facebook messenger and even then saying still stuff like. Your order is complete... I received nothing! Even being asked for the tracking info I got stone walled. In the end I opened a PayPal case who awarded me my refund in less than 24 hours of opening the case! This company are either so stupid and incompetent or stupid worst scammers so best avoid them!

UPDATE 22/01/2024 Deepitr all the mentioned dithering and delay they messaged me to say "they" cancelled the order as the item wqs instock despite everything they have already said... what a complete bunch of incompetent time wasters. They didn't even seem bother PayPal had awarded the case to me so quick. Do not believe the twoddle on their website they are not as good as they pretend to be!
