You cannot contact anyone from this company to ask about your order. It has been almost three months now and this is a message I get in May. Dear customer,

It has been two and half months. No customer service, and every time I write I get a failure to send message. I spent over 100.00 dollars

I have two seperate orders from this company. They never sent me my clothing NOR did they ever give me a refund. I have wrote a few times asking for my money, they keep promising t my refund and never give it to me. Then they wrote that the disputes I have had with them are resolved and they are not resolved. I never got my money. They are thieves.

ROMWE is a business that will not right their mistakes. Nor will they answer you back after numerous messages to them.If they send you a wrong item, they make you take numerous pictures of the item, the labels, the shipping numbers and anything else they can think of to make your life miserable. Then expect to not hear from them again even after numerous emails to them. They will not take responsibility for their mistake, will not offer you a refund, discount, or even offer to ship you the item you wanted in the first place. So if you want a cute outfit, I would suggest shopping on ebay instead. You have buyers protection.
Im sure they will have some sort of sorry apology to this message but im sure they will still not right their mistake. All I want is for them to send me the right item I ordered but nothing.
REVISION- I AM HAPPY THEY GAVE ME A SMALL AMOUNT OF MY MONEY BACK, I DID KEEP THE SHIRT BUT IT WAS STILL THE WRONG ONE. THANK YOU FOR THE HALF REFUND, I WILL GIVE MY RATING A THREE STAR AS THEY MADE THIS RIGHT.
