I ordered three swords from Swords Kingdom uk in November 2021, which were to be delivered before Christmas 2021.
Due to production issues they were delayed, not a huge problem for me as they were not presents, but when they finally arrived one was very unbalanced.
When contacting Swordskingdom asking for a replacement they seemed helpful. I provided photos, and they asked for video which I also provided.
They apologised and promised a replacement, this was promised January 22nd 2022.
After waiting several months, and reaching out numerous times I was finally promised a refund. At this point I have waited over 9 months since placing my order. The initial person who promised me a refund was named Ami at the websites live chat.
They have promised a refund to my card twice now, but I have still not received it. I have reached out again without a reply.
Maybe you will finally refund me Swords Kingdom?
I am terribly disappointed as i thought I had found a good shop to recommend to other dancers..
