I've owned 4 of these mops. It's not worth it. It breaks every year and they want you to pay for it. Shipping parts and it's only used every third day Don't buy this machine It's hard to charge and it's not worth 500 dollars to gos every year They need to repaid such a piece of junk themselves. I'll go bissell
