I ordered flowers and a bottle of wine for my elderly relative's 98th birthday. At lunchtime on the day of delivery Interflora said the florist did not have the flowers for the particular bouquet and refunded my money.I was not offered the choice of an alternative bouquet or to substitute the flowers with, for example, chocolates or even deliver the wine without the flowers. I found the Live Chat to be off hand. It was clearly labelled a Birthday delivery - there was nothing for my relative on her birthday and this is upsetting as we are her only family.
