Indigo Airlines confirmed to me that they have already credited the refund amount to Makemytrip. However, Makemytrip is not refunding the amount to me in spite of repeated requests and reminders. Very pathetic service by Makemytrip. Their Tollfree number or any other customer support number is not operative. There is no reply to various e mails. Unable to reach Makemytrip by any means other than e mail. I have sent at least 10 e mails since June 2020. But not a single mail is replied. I can say that Makemytrip has stolen my refund amount. Pl never ever book any services from Makemytrip. You will be lost.
