I'm really disappointed with the bed i have bought, the slats were wet and cracked and short im not even sure if they even belong with that bed i was supposed to gift someone the bed, i'm really embarrased i spent £600 trusting this company thinking they will provide me with the bed i saw on there website its a disgrace i feel as if they are scamming people with second hand wood. Such poor quality i would never purchase from here and i recommend anyone who is looking in to buying a bed or anything from them do not buy!

Our beds are made from solid Mahogany and are brand new as advertised. The slats are produced from brand new hard wood, and are not second hand wood. Unfortunately on this occasion your slats had become wet in transit, this is out of our control once the bed has left our premises and can happen if delivery is on a wet day. I can see that the supportive foot has a split in it, this is a part that we can easily replace and dispatch with a postal service if you require the replacement.
We do apologise that our bed frame has fallen short of your expectations, unfortunately this can happen very rarely and we do take all of our comments on board to look at ways to improve. We as a Company have hundreds of positive reviews on our ebay and facebook sites from our many happy customers.
Should you wish to return the bed frame we do offer a 14 working day returns policy for a full refund.
