“Ordering a gift card is a horrible process”

I bought an e-gift card for baby clothes. The process for ordering and getting it delivered was absurdly confusing -- obviously designed by someone who wanted to create something different and edgy, but who has no clue how e-commerce works. The person I ordered the card for likes the merchandise, but I'll never go near this site again.
