I joined Casetify in order to sell my original art for smartphone cases and other accessories. I sent several emails asking to be added to their Artist Collection and for assistance with what to do next. The first email was sent on Sept 16th with an automated reply that my email was received. However, I never received a reply from support after almost a month of repeated attempts. Their Facebook site was unhelpful as well. I just deleted my account. Not a very good first impression, to say the least.

Tip for consumers:
If you have questions that are not answered on the Casetify FAQ page and need Support assistance, don't expect a timely or any response from Support.
