I'd never heard of the company until I received a catalog in the mail. The site has a wide variety of products and is easy to navigate through.
My only suggestion would be to have a 3D feature to look at the product - especially when there's a 20% restocking fee on the wheelchair backpack I purchased. I would have liked to see additional angles and vantage points to make sure it fits my needs.
