I was so glad my eyeglasses finally arrived, opened the package and found they had sent my lenses in the wrong frame!`This means their frame supplier made a big mistake with the frame and that SE did not check the frame with my order before putting my lenses in them. SE told me nothing more than "we are human and make mistakes" several times. If you're taking hundreds of dollars to provide a medical product you should be professionals that take responsibility for their mistakes, not just "humans who make mistakes." There was no offer to compensate me in any way for their mistakes and the considerate delay. There was no responsibility to pressure the frame supplier to take responsibility for their mistake either. SE could have said - we'll stress to the supplier they need to expedite this order due to their mistake rather than take the usual "five days." So I had to go to the post office during the Xmas rush to send the glasses back - but she did not say anything like that. I hope that the frames got to SE within a couple days and that SE puts my lenses in those frames soon and then that the Xmas rush does not delay the glasses too long.
