I bought a serve card from Dollar general to pay my electric bill that was being disconnected that day if I didn't pay 440 dollars. Put 440 cash on the card and can't spend it. Have called numerous times in last 4 days and get the run around...I have a lady on the phone right now trying to connect me with upper management I suppose and it's been several minutes. I believe they should take responsibility and pay my reconnect bill. It' says on the card can spend immediately! That's false advertisement. If my card isn't handled today I am reporting to the better business bureau.that's sad to do ppl like this.
