Worst customer service ever. I had an order that would have taken up to 66 minutes to get to me. I had to catch a plane so I went on support chat saying that that would be too long of a wait for me please cancel. The support said sure I can cancel the order. I went off the chat to have a shower when I came back on chat I asked if it was done. There was a new person that responded saying how can I help you I said I need the order to be cancelled and she said at this time we can't because it's already being made. I told her that I let someone know as soon as I place the order that I couldnt wait that long. She basically said it was out of her hands and she can send the food of cancel the order with no refund. I told her how ridiculous this all is and a refund is what I should get. She told me it was basically impossible. So I got my food and had to throw it out before I got on my plane. I told them I wanted to speak to a manager and gave her my email. She confirmed my email. I then got no email so I had to call skip the dishes and talk to a customer service agent who was rude and said because I got the food and she was unable to refund me. I told her that the other customer service rep that I talk to said I couldn't get a refund so why would I have just paid for the food and not got any of it. I told her that this wasn't my fault this isnt the restaurant fault this is skip. I think skip a million dollar company should be more concern about keeping customer then a $30.00 skip order to refund. I told her I want her manager to contact me because I didn't receive an email in the first place she informed me that she sent it to an email that was invalid and not even the one I gave to the rep to contact me with. All in all I used to be a loyal customer but I deleted the ap today and don't plan on using skip again. No accountability and they just wanted to blame everything on the customer.
