“Wrong Item delivered, return not accepted: Utsavsuits”

A wrong item has been sent on ordering an item from Utsavsuits.com
After several emails mentioning them they have delivered a wrong item, I received a irrelevant response from their customer service as "Returns are not accepted as the item is not damaged" They are cheating customers and making money by false review uploads and delivering cheap products which are worthless.
If the return is not acceptable, I'm going to file a case for sure.
Either I need a refund for this item on return or I need the correct item displayed in the picture to be sent.
