I booked a hummer limo for my husband's 30th birthday celebrations in November 2023, for January 2024.
I received a booking reference number and booking confirmation email.
Apart from these two emails, I had zero communication with the vendor. No one reached out to take payment or anything. A week before the event, I reached out to find out what was happening and heard nothing. I contacted Parties2Weddings and spoke to a lady called Tina who informed me that my email address had gone to spam and that my booking hadn't been confirmed after all, despite the emails stating that it had. We emailed back and forth for a few days, trying to figure out if the event could could go ahead.
The afternoon before the event, she sent me a list of vendors to contact to try and rectify THEIR problem. Ofcourse I could not source another hummer limo so sadly our HUGE event had to be cancelled and husband's 30th birthday was completely ruined. The limo was the surprise addition. Such a shame. I won't be using Parties2Weddings again.
