Absolutely no customer service at all. Tried email, text and phone calls. Do not take the chance that your order will go well. I bought a computer part and suddenly the website said it was out of stock. I got charged anyway and could not cancel my order. My only recourse is to dispute the charge with my bank. I doubt there's a single veteran working there.
