Absolutely no customer service at all. Tried email, text and phone calls. Do not take the chance that your order will go well. I bought a computer part and suddenly the website said it was out of stock. I got charged anyway and could not cancel my order. My only recourse is to dispute the charge with my bank. I doubt there's a single veteran working there.

First off, I want to extend our sincerest apologies for the experience you had. We're always aiming to do right by our customers, and it sounds like we dropped the ball this time. The issues with inventory and lack of customer service you faced should not have occurred. I assure you that we've made tremendous improvements to our systems since that time to prevent incidents like this from happening in the future.
On a brighter note, GoVets has been making strides in the past two years. For starters, we've ramped up our tech to offer a faster, more efficient shopping experience. Secondly, we're back with phone support in 2023, in addition to a top-notch chat support team. And yes, all of our support staff is based right here in the USA.
