“Fraudulent practice despite decent content.”

Update: They issued me a refund after I contacted them.

They never sent me any renewal notice or receipt of purchase since I signed up for a membership in 2019. I haven been charged every year since (2020, 2021, 2022). I was totally unaware of the transactions since I was expecting any subscription service to send a notification for renewal and receipt after renewal. But I didn't get a single email about it from them which is something I've never seen elsewhere. That 600 dollars was the last thing they will ever get from me. I will never use their site again.

We will always send you an email before the renewal in case you forget. We checked our logs and found renewal reminder emails were successfully sent to you each year.
