I downloaded a game and it stopped working after 20 minutes. I reset and launched it again and game gets stuck during launch. They count the 'launch' time as playing time so in their minds i 'played' for 4 hours. But in reality, game was just stuck at launching. They refuse to issue a refund. Crooks and fraudulent. They will be reported to consumer affairs and the bbb.
