Very dissatisfied with my call. I thought Dr. had written me a prescription for my sinus infection.
English was so bad that I called life health online back to verify what was actually said and no prescription was written. I was told to do the things that I'm already doing. This is my first experience with telehealth, as well as with live health online, I will never do either one again. Wasted my time and money.

Don't deal with this company. We planned a cruise for us and our two sons' families. We purchased travel insurance through AON. One daughter-in-law became pregnant after booking and ended up with some health issues and concerns. Not a "normal" pregnancy. They declined our claim. Waste of our money and time. We are done with Royal Caribbean as well for associating themselves with AON. Other options available.
