“Great products and the staff is great, but”

I have been a loyal customer for several years and am happy once I get the product.
HUGE warning though. The website is the worst. Online ordering is not user friendly. This is a common problem with this company. Every time I order online there are delays and several phone calls with ZERO
Success.
Hang on. Go to AMAZON and type in Auto Shack. No problems there. Fast and efficient.
Stay away from the WEBSITE. Big pain in the rear!
