I have experienced this directly and contacted them several times... first time a reply to say they were awaiting items (someone named 'Merilin'. Since then, no reply and now the reply email is being rejected.
Please don't waste your money, as there is no good deal here; it's a complete scam... and unfortunately it has worked for a while it seems...
They obviously provide no proper receipts.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t be tempted by products this company will never send. The whole system and site is a SCAM, confirmed by many others like myself.
Products used:
I paid for all goods and Divestock sent nothing.
