I orderd a phone on March 12 th only 2 updates saying the phone would be here March 18 th and it was in Jersey on march 15 th was the last update called they said a lady named Erica was investigating it she would call or tex me neaver git nothing or a email or a call call back March 23 rd they said they have no record of me calling or there's no investigation that they see after argueing with them wanted to talk to a supervisor cause I just talked to them Wednesday how you not have a record of that he said I am a supervisor they lost my phone no updates no call to let me no about anything I just had to call for a refund that's gonna take up to 10 days I would not recommend fedex they lose your packages and neaver tell you were how no explanation nothing very unperfessional
