Roastmaster rep promised to ship product next day after purchase over phone. Two days later still not shipped. Turned out they couldn't record (or look up) a zip code correctly. After much frustration and poor vendor communication order was canceled. When inquiring as to why UPS was indicating was not shipped, got a return email indicating they were waiting for me to confirm (again) the correct zip. Simply not worth the hassle in dealing with a vendor that can not or is unwilling to meet commitments.
