Enrolment has taken over 1 month.

Customer service is non existent and they do not even apologise for the delay. Their method of gathering information is to send you an email every few days and ask a bit more about your company. They could do this in the very FIRST email and ask all necessary information at the same time.

Very unprofessional service for a payment provider. Could not recommend to anyone.

The duration of an onboarding process as well as the additional requested documents depend very much on your specific business model, like we already explained to you on the phone.
We know, it was challenging for you and we kindly ask you to understand as well that unpolite speech towards our employees does not make the work faster. Our goal is to support all of our merchants in a really good way. In some cases this is easier, in others it is more challenging and it requires more time and support from us as well as from the merchant than initially expected.
We are sorry to hear that you decided to stop the onboarding process and wish you all the best for the future.
