The most frustrating system with bad and unfriendly service. Could not get the gift card to open, instructions were unclear esp dealing with a foreign country. Finally got someone from customer service and in my opinion the tone of emails made me feel stupid. Finall afetr a week got the issue solve but my nephew made a mistake when entering his email.well that's that and noone can help and the money spent is gone. WOULD NEVER DO BIZ WITH COMPANY AGAIN! I am nbot sure they actually care.

Tip for consumers:
what a horrrible experience and a horrible company to deal with.
