So, I've received a defective pair of shoes(one shoe is very wide, the other is narrow, different outsoles too). I contacted the customer service, sent them pictures and they told me to send them back. Which I did paying an additional shipping costs. Then after a month I'm still waiting for my refund. Moreover, they told me they are not going to refund the shipping costs at all(about $13 total). I am very upset. We've been Pediped customers for a long time and it seems the quality and customers service got worse. I will be buying different brands from now on.
