QLink has been a great company. I've had issues with another phone and its quality was below average. I had trouble calling and receiving calls. I was sure that I would be discontinued from this great program. However, after some middling, I'm still with the program. The reception was not great but Q-Link sensed my problem and I am in the process of purchasing another phone. Thanks, Q-Link for hanging with me. You're what great companies are all about!

As a 71-year-old veteran and living on a fixed income Qlink is my go-to for eliminating costly commercial phone bills.
This device is supposed to be a tv streaming device that has scammed many buyers thinking that it was an upgrade for their tv's. Pure trash it doesn't work at all. Another elaborate scam. I was taken and I want to say " buyers beware"
Tip for consumers:
Make sure to do thorough research when purchasing electronics.
