Stay away! I've been a customer for several years and I echo the concerns of many on this site. Over the years the products and service have deteriorated. Items are of poor quality, sized incorrectly, and exceed btr's own laughable delivery times. I give up trying to deal with this company.
Case in point: My last, and most recent, purchase is as a result of a credit on my account from the return of poor quality and incorrectly sized items. The item should have shipped days ago but when I looked at my account, I saw a disclaimer that states the item "is on track" and that I will be notified when it ships. This is a new way for btr to "pya". How can the item be on track if they've already exceeded their ship by date? Given the deteriorating products and services, this is a fitting end to my time as a customer.
UPDATE: almost 10 days since my post and still the product has not shipped!

Our buyers do their best to ensure the highest quality goods for our members. Here at BTR we take product quality complaints very seriously and so if you can please let us know which items you were disappointed with we’d be happy to share your comments with our buying team.
With regards to sizing, we work with many different manufacturers and brands, so sizing for all items may vary. Sizing and fit between styles may also vary. We do offer a size chart on the website, however this offers only standard sizing. Note that we’re working on having this improved in the near future for our customers and so if a brand has specific sizing, we will do our best to have this included on the site.
At this time if you are concerned about the sizing for a particular item or brand, we suggest checking with that manufacturer or brand's own website for a brand specific size chart or guide. You can also contact our customer service department to help look into this for you.
We’re sorry to hear we’re late in shipping your order and that we exceeded our shipping timeframe. We try our best to ship all orders within 2-3 weeks however, may at times encounter delays with our vendors that are beyond our control.
