I had to order by phone, as the online website froze twice towards the end of the transaction.
When I hadn't received a confirmation email after an hour, I called their 1300 number, the call centre person said he sent it again, no result.
4 hours later I called again, when I mentioned that I'd sent an email expressing my annoyance, they hung up on me. I tried again, no answer.
Tried from a different phone, checked they had my correct email address, then cancelled the order.
Now contacting the bank to block that order.
