I ordered from jdorreds on DH Gate and he sent totally different items. I disputed and was told to send back items, pay a shipping fee and seller would be responsible for full refund, including shipping fees. In march 2021 I was refunded the cost of the wrong items the fraudulent seller sent. My shipping costs have yet to be refunded. I have sent countless, countless emails to DHGate, customer service and the Fraudulent seller jdorreds. Dh gate have lied over and over again. Now they are stating when the seller get money form items he has sold I will get my refund. Excuse me? What he sells or do not sell has nothing to do with my shipping fee refund! This seller is no longer found under jdorreds. I want my money you owe me DH Gate. There need to be a class action lawsuit against this company for fraud!
