I subscribed a year ago. Cancelled the subscription after a few months and have just been charged 101 pounds. I want my money back and I want to be able to cancel me subscription when I want!
After the staff received this information they promptly got back to me, via the reply underneath and email, and were very polite, and then refunded my money - which I thought was very kind of them.
