I have recieved very rude service and additional fees and charges. I placed an order with them and few days later wanted to add more. The customer service rep said it was fine to amend my current order and that it wasn't too late. On their websites it says that there's a service fee of $9.99 per website. This was still on the same website that I added items but I was charged an extra $9.99 anyway despite that. When I questioned it I got an incredibly rude Sales Rep called William who kept responding even though I didn't want to talk to him. If you have to deal with him, make sure you ask for someone else, he is the rudest, most incompetent customer sales operative I've had the misfortune of dealing with with a serious attitude problem and doesn't seem to do any work given how much time he has to spend arguing with customers rather than providing service. He threatened to cancel my entire order over a $9.99 dispute. I then went through the customer service support email and was told that William had done the wrong thing and that it should have been a new order created to add items and that my order needed to be cancelled. This went round and round with 2 different sales reps, Sydney and Shawn who were telling me different information and I had to ask for clarification multiple times, often having to chase them for updates. Finally I was told that my order was not cancelled so I have that confirmation at least. It's now been 3 weeks and my items have only arrived to their US store despite me buying items FROM the US and they want close to $90 for postage to Australia and all up it is going to take over a month start to visits, over 60 plus messages and emails to sort out along with extra charges from what they told me. William also kept bothering me during this time despite me repeatedly tell him that I no longer wanted to deal with him.
This company is expensive, slow, rude and despite their website saying no hidden fees and charges, this is completely untrue. This company is NOT worth it. If you are looking for mail forwarding services, look elsewhere.
