I booked a plane ticket with a visa debit card payment. I received the e-ticket but then there was another email notification that the payment was canceled and I checked that the money had not been reduced, so I paid for the ticket for the second time and I received an e-ticket with a different code. The data from the bank is still the same, namely the money has not been reduced but this time there is no email stating the cancellation. I confirmed to nusatrip and they couldn't help anything. Very ridiculous. Nusatrip seems to only work as an arm-lenght, but interferes by sending misleading notifications, and then does nothing
