The worst company I have ever booked with. They are elusive and don't care about customers. They are thieves. I should have received a refund from Jordanian airlines which confirmed me that they processed the refund but 3 months now and I haven't received my refund. But I will not leave them. I raised complaints against them to consumer rights authority in Dubai and I will follow up with them till I get my money. Be careful don't book with this company even if they give the cheapest price.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t book tickets with “makemytrip” even if they are the cheapest because if you have to get a refund, you won’t get it easily.
