I was surprised to see so many horrible reviews about this company they are extensively super expensive but I would spend anything to help my little partner in his end of life and making sure he's comfortable and if I can help alleviate some pain I will the bed is a perfect size for a Chihuahua it's not good for them to curl up in a ball which most dogs do when they're that small it's best if they sprawl out when they are resting or sleep and surprisingly he does put his head on the blue support cushion frame which alleviates tension on his spine. It is soft enough for comfort but sturdy enough for support a fluffy bed is the worst thing for arthritis I'm really glad I got this I'd recommend it it came in a few days didn't have any problem. Google coupon code for paw.com after code it's still a little bit overpriced but if you care about pain and comfort for your dog you won't care you want your dog to have comfort but support on his bones and it's a perfect mixture everything they mentioned about the bed is true
