Ordered a bottle of Explorer (tester) - as a new customer the first time it was shipped and received quickly - no issues. Since the first order was successful and cologne is authentic, I got the courage to order 2 more bottles from fragranceshop.com, it's been more than a week now and it's still processing. Made 2 attempts to contact via email and by phone *******960 - no reply on either. I gave them time by the end of week and if not yet shipped, will file a dispute with my CC to this transaction that appear fraudulent. That's the only solution for me at this point.
